The brainchild of two sisters, Emily & Kirsten Steele. Born & raised in the melting pot of the cultural diversity of East Vancouver, the two siblings found their passion for creating unique & delicious food. Emily became an illustrious pastry Sous Chef. & Kirsten moved to New Brunswick to study the culinary arts, followed by several years of apprenticeship in fine dining. Kirsten earned her Red Seal Chef accreditation in 2010.
